Saw this - and Schumer gave an ambiguous answer:

And no one called him on it - asking who "he" is - Biden? Trump? Or maybe the "he" is Schumer himself.

That is a legitimate question for Schumer to answer - Democrats are deflecting from the Democrat- created government shut down.
