President Trump should gloat: he’s on track to win another billion dollar law suit unless the BBC make an unqualified public apology ...
Absolutely! And that's exactly what the BBC did.
Also, in England, the loser pays the winners legal fees, the so-called “English Rule”. Definitely cuts down on nuisance lawsuits.
The only “mistake” the Beeb made was thinking they could fabricate this ridiculous bit of slander without getting caught.
“Mistakes” happen inadvertently. What they did was fully intentional, with the aim to slander President Trump and influence the election that took place one week later, in favor of Harris.
I hope Trump bankrupts the bastards.
And the BBC and any affiliates should be banned from the White House press corps. In fact, just revoke the visas of all BBC employees in the US and send them packing.
Um, the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor was a mistake in hindsight. But still an intentional and malevolent act. So, OK, we can see now that BBC made a “mistake” nonetheless.
