It seems the Constitution allows every state to do whatever the heck they want. My problem with that is if they stuff the ballot box for their preferred candidate, it invalidates the votes of every electorally honest state. That interstate honesty problem will probably be the focus of creating a national requirement. It won’t stop cheating as there are so many ways to do it. But it will go a long way towards making the whole thing a bit fairer.
If candidates and citizens had standing, then wrongs could be corrected in court.
Civil and/or criminal.
And if voter fraud was made a capital offense, we’d have a lot less of it.
States run by democrats have been cheating in many different ways and getting away with it for at least as long as I’ve been voting. But don’t let any Republican states try it, there would be hell to pay.
There has been hardly anything ever done about the cheating, rampant voter fraud and ballot miscounting shenanigans. So it only gets worse and worse. If we had honest elections there would be far less democrats in house and Senate seats. Trump should set up a task force to expose the election fixing that’s been going on right under everyone’s noses. It’s one of the best things he could do for America’s future.
