No, Winston Churchill did not lose his parliamentary seat in the 1945 United Kingdom general election. While his Conservative Party suffered a landslide defeat to Labour (winning only 197 seats to Labour’s 393), Churchill himself was successfully re-elected as the Member of Parliament (MP) for the newly created Woodford constituency in Essex.
