Okay, I’m calling balls and strikes here. Over the last 9 months, we’ve noticed the opposition stand against anything – darn near every action the current President takes. Their latest hissy-fit of late: The White House Upgrade / East Wing Demolition – depending on how you view it.

This has caused Real Americans to defend the President’s action by stating that most Presidents (in fact ALL Presidents since the 20th century) have made upgrades to the White House, with one exception. But this all boils down to the basic issue of our opposition (a.k.a. the enemy) has with Trump:

They still refuse to accept that he is actually the President.

Maybe they think he really IS the king?

Now, as a triple-Trumper (voted for him 3 times), I cannot understand why the enemy is swinging for the fences over this issue when Trump is throwing a slow pitch over home plate at them: This would be the new Department of War fad of boat-bombing. Is anyone other than this author wondering where there is little to no criticism over sending fishing boats to Davy Jones’ locker? Isn’t this the book definition of the previous hissy-fit, “lack of due process”?

I can already see Team Red loading up their digital flame throwers at this author for ‘not supporting the troops’, the President, or kissing up to narco-traffickers. (go ahead and throw in ‘Putin lover’ while you’re at it). While none of these accusations would be true, it is unfortunately the knee-jerk reaction of many Real Americans. After all, with this President, circling the wagons when attacked has become second nature.

But why is the President’s opposition NOT making the Caribbean Affair a major issue? At the time of this writing, it’s been announced that the USS Gerald R. Ford Carrier Strike Group is now being deployed to the region. So again, calling balls and strikes, this is clearly a bigger issue than the D.C. latest urban renewal project. Isn’t this the kind of stuff that should get Congressional approval? Or are they waiting for some federal judge to claim full jurisdiction over the U.S. Navy’s southern fleet? (Yeah, I know – don’t give them any ideas.)

Look, don’t get me wrong. When it comes to the “kill people, break things, and let God sort it out” concept, I’m your huckleberry. But only when there is a justified reason, where we dot the I’s and cross the t’s with all parties that should be involved here. But what happens if/when one of the boats (that don’t have the range of reaching CONUS) has children – or even Americans on board? Do we KNOW there are drugs on these boats? And if so, does the government shutdown mean the DEA and Coast Guard has been laid off?

They are the ones who normally handle these matters. But why not now?

And for the tin-foil hat wearers among us who are going to claim: “…Author, this isn’t really about drugs, it’s about oil…”, fine. Then just say that. Go to Congress; make a speech from the Oval stating they got the “black gold”, and we want it at a fair price; in this case – free. Call me nuts, but I think it would be an easier sell. Instead, we expand this ‘drug’ operation to include a full carrier group. You non-navy folks know what that means, right? Expanding operations into the Pacific (check your maps, folks. Then after you find Venezuela, check them again). And now, we’re adding Columbia to the naughty list? Who’s next? Peru? Uruguay?

And what if (God forbid) they punch back? Are we going to cry foul over a “cowardly sneak attack” against our innocent, un-suspecting B1 bombers? Or that naval command post that was just sitting there minding its own business?

Sorry folks, but to this triple-Trumper, this dog just won’t hunt for me. This smells like the “glory” of taking out those weapons of mass destruction in one country, while playing footsie and giving cover to the nation that gifted us with 19 suicide hijackers two years earlier. You know the rest of the story.

What really smells is why the other side is NOT making a bigger issue out of this. With all of our conflicts – Russia, China, The Middle East, and the biggest conflict brewing – the stateside civil war, I think it’s a bad time to start another – especially if we don’t have to. It’s only a matter of time before more on our side start the Whiskey-Tango-Foxtrot rumblings that will probably give the enemy the opening that it needs.

But instead, let’s fuss about a new ballroom.

just my $0.02.

P.S. Oh, that one exception? Biden of course, unless you want to count the autopen.

I don’t mind the ballroom. I’m just amazed it’s going to cost $250-300 million.

I know it’s all private money and it’s nothing to me. …But really? That much?

Americas biggest enemy is Democrats.
Pure and simple.
Thankfully most of them will be
killed in a full
out nuclear war.
They like to nest together
in large cities.

I suspect the boat blasting has nothing to do with drugs. Russia, Iran, Cuba and China have all made serious inroads in South and Central America under the Clinton, Obama, Carter and Biden overwatch. They’ve partnered with communist insurgencies who are basically drug cartels with a political arm. What Trump is doing is a modern Monroe Doctrine with missiles.

By attacking the lynch pin that ties this all together, the drug income, he will force out the current regimes and thus get rid of much of the malign influence of the Evil Actors.

That’s the intent. Whether it works depends on Congress not being the self-interested, political animals they are. Oops. Found the flaw...

I saw a video clip of a Democratic politician talking about where the party had to head next. She said, “We must stop talking about things the general voters don’t like, such as Trans.” A huge man behind her, dressed as a woman, went nuclear on her. He screamed into her face and you could see how terrified she was before the video cut to black. So, as to why the Democrats aren’t objecting to the boat droning. I’ve come to the conclusion that the ONLY thing they can talk about which won’t get pushback from some lunatic supporters is how bad Trump is.

"But why is the President’s opposition NOT making the Caribbean Affair a major issue?"

Well, his opponent, Surrogate RAT Rand Paul is making it a major issue, whining about it in front of the cameras every chance he gets. "Wah!!! No due process!! Wah!! We don't even know their names!! Reeeeee! Reeeee!!

Expanding operations into the Pacific (check your maps, folks. Then after you find Venezuela, check them again). And now, we’re adding Columbia to the naughty list? Who’s next? Peru? Uruguay?
.....

Check this .mil site and note the date this Operation began.

https://www.southcom.mil/EnhancedCounterNarcoticsOps/

Mission:
On April 1, 2020, U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) began enhanced counternarcotics operations in the Western Hemisphere to disrupt the flow of drugs in support of Presidential national security objectives.

If you follow that site and read it, Colombia was one of those 22 partners assisting way back during the Wuhan Coup Flu...

Now, they appear to be an enemy in this op.

I would ask, how much of what we are seeing was really done years ago, and we are now seeing it like it’s real time and even Trump’s enemies know it’s not all current ops..

That would mean we are getting old news and no new hay to make when we can literally see the Ballroom stuff.

And apparently Congress was in the loop back then. And they may still be today, just not publicly.

This nation has active Emergencies and Executive orders under Trump that have been continued regarding Venezuela since Obama..

I suspect they were continued under autopen, too.

We have closed the borders, declared narcoterrorists essentially as enemies foreign, and have had Ops since at least April 1 2020...

We were all doing the Wuhan Coup Flu shuffle in April 2020.

That’s when this global operation started.
Lots of partners in this..

What does due process look like in this case? A court on an Air Craft carrier? An attorney hired for defending? A jury of peers?

Isn’t this the book definition of the previous hissy-fit, “lack of due process”?

The folks dead on the boats are not eligible for 'due process'. Have the wrong connections and the wrong job. Undefended by the law.

I’m looking for the due process involved in the navy attacking the Barbary Pirates. Looking…looking…

As has been inferred, we KNOW these bozos have loaded drugs on these boats. They likely know the guys on the boats names. We are not wandering the Caribbean looking for targets of interest.

So…why not use the Coast Guard? We’ve been doing that for years. How effective has it been?

This is shock and awe. The Coast Guard isn’t intimidating and easy to avoid. A missile blowing up your boat with no warning is a great deterrent.

Could well be because these high-speed cargo boats are too fast for a high endurance Coast Guard cutter. A CG helo can chase, but probably isn’t capable of doing much beyond that. So it’s the USN.

Another key is that these boats combine speed, range & payload and that makes them a very specific design. If these strike videos are legit, every single one of those boats is identical. So we have a very specific target type.

I’m not comfortable blasting these boats without congressional buy-in. I think we both know that isn’t on offer. That brings the possibility that Trump is doing what the top congressional critters want... For now.

All this whining about drug runners.

Packages of coke floating ashore after a strike. Subs carrying dope. Subs? Innocent fishermen?

Drug runners at this level are sponsored, aided and abetted by governments.
