Rand Paul is like his dad, Ron Paul.
Both started out with the best intentions and spectacularly go off the rails.
I’ll give Randcid props for the tie clip. I still have my father’s eagle tie clips from before he earned his star. Otherwise, he’s a filthy liberdopian.

Massie has made a career as a self-aggrandizing clown in Congress. It’s beyond retarded to waste money and political energy to wage a primary battle against such an inconsequential character in the U.S. government.
Its exactly the opposite actually.
They stay in the exact same spot, anchored to their principles, while the rest of the GOP moves farther toward globalism and big government.
So did Elon after Trump screwed him over.
No, they both began upholding the Constitution as written and originally understood and intended as the Supreme Law of the Land and descended from there.
Elon backed DeSantis in the primary and got his ass kicked. He is not a king maker.
Some people are doers while other people are posers. The contrast between Trump and Massie/Rand is stark.
Not to disparage Kentucy, but why do they keep electing azz-clowns to congress? Its not a terribly important state... the least they could do for the Nation is sending responsibile people to the Capitol...
I’m not sure about the best intentions part but I do agree with the spectacularly off the rails part.
Most Kentuckians are democrats at heart and have been since FDR days. A lot of them have the republican label, but they want democrat policies of days gone past. They never met a government program that they didn’t like.
