The webcam has about 10 cameras and one of them is up at Oceanside which is south of Pendleton. There are about 6 - 8 ships and a bunch of jets and hovercrafts and some ospreys.

This will be a major inconvenience to those traveling between the LA Basin and San Diego. The only alternative to I-5 is I-15. If you’re in the San Clemente area, you have to wind your way along the Ortega Highway over the Santa Ana Mountains for about 30 miles to reach the 15—or you can drive up to the 91, which is often jammed, then hang a right on the 15 in Corona. And with the 5 being closed, the 15 will likely be jammed.
