Babbitt is seen talking with Officers while her friend offers them water. She doesn’t seem like an insane or dangerous person at all.

She did nothing menacing. The minority officer panicked and fired. The Democrat hierarchy was embarrassed by that reality, got their bought-and-paid for media behind them, and even honored the officer for his actions. Classic gaslighting.

I surmise that Officer Michael Byrd was instructed (ordered) to produce a body on J6 to enhance the negative effect against Trump and the MAGA patriots all orchestrated by the Democrat’s / deep state chaos. Byrd would’ve shot someone else if Ashly wasn’t in the wrong place at the wrong time. 274 plain clothed FBI agents were also their to elevate the chaos.

False. Byrd was hiding on the opposite side of the wide noisy hall. Some people on his side of the hall did see his pistol sticking out into view at the leftmost window, were alarmed, and tried to yell out a warning. The people on Ashli’s side of the hall couldn’t see the pistol, though, and in the noise there’s no indication people over there knew they’d face possible gunfire if they advanced. The police near Ashli had moved away from the doors, apparently giving tacit permission to advance. When Ashli did so and climbed up into the window, Byrd leaped out from hiding and shot Ashli — immediately — without giving her a chance to see the pistol and retreat. It was an outrageously unnecessary use of deadly force.
I watched the video of her murder. She was a threat to no one. She was murdered in cold blood. Any sane person who's ever had to draw a weapon against a threat would tell you the same thing.
That incompetent, stupid DEI hire Byrd was itching to kill a Trump supporter. He scratched that itch and was rewarded for it by the vile Biden Administration.
The DOJ should bring murder charges against that effing bastard.

True, but if this happened on the streets and an unarmed say black woman was shot, the cop would be in jail and the family would be getting a 6 or 7 figure settlement.
