No I haven't...it sounds like something you made up out of thin air.

In fact, I doubt the full letter would have been released at all but for the public pressure caused by Owens calling for it to be.

If you've got evidence of Owens being 'frustrated' by the letter's release, lets see it...otherwise stop gaslighting.
