Based on the type of attack, it would seem that both the Qataris and the US gave tacit approval.

I would add...almost every country in the region (except for Iran) probably gave some type of approval.
of course. They’re muslims.
They have no problem with a bald face lie to advance their agenda. They laugh behind your back about it, and then get angry when someone pays more attention to what they do than what they say.
“Taqiyya means “prudence,” “dissimulation,” or “concealment” in Islam, allowing a Muslim to hide their true beliefs or intentions to protect themselves or others from serious harm, especially life-threatening danger or severe persecution. While historically associated with Shia Islam, the practice is not a blanket allowance for deception and is only justified under extreme circumstances, not for minor inconveniences or everyday situations. “
In a word.
Liars
In the meantime the Qataris continue to funnel billions of Dollars into many Anti-West organizations, campuses, groups, advertisers and many Islamic Brotherhood sites and “charities”.
The Qataris were never impartial regarding the talks between Israel and the (HAMAS) Arab world.
It really is a shame that the West is heaping scorn on a tiny, Democratic nation that was savagely attacked on October 7th 2003 by animals and the increased criticism ONLY SERVES THE ISLAMIC-JIHAD FORCES IN EACH OF THOSE COUNTRIES (like all of Western Europe) that Israel is doing battle with in the Middle East.
At some point, APPEASEMENT will bring the downfall of those countries criticizing and vilifying Israel.
Elder of Zion?
Head shake.
The question to ask: The Pentagon was aware that Qatar was a strong supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood. So why did they build a huge US base in that country? Was it pushed by the White House?
Cannot really disagree; will have to wait and see if there are more than “angry words” done about the attack. My view of this is that, while POTUS came out with measured neutral language after the attack, he seems to support what happened in a distanced sort of way.
IMHO, on a related note, one reason for the MOP attack on Iran being flown all the way from U.S. mainland soil is to show the Middle East that we have less need for air bases in their crap hole countries. Qatar has a lot less value to us now compared to our need for them after the Sep 11 attack.
Did something happen? Or is it an AI journalistic goof again?
Some of the comments here are just ‘off’.
I believe this attack was also a warning to the Qatari leadership re their overt support for hamas.
Israel’s done playing; can’t blame them in the least. Water brought this upon themselves.
With Mossad available why did they have to bomb the place? Bigger message? Perhaps. JV victims so we hear.
logi_cal869: “this attack was also a warning to the Qatari leadership re their overt support for hamas.”
___
Absolutely.
The latter
Makes sense
“”Amazing how Netanyahu’s previous years feeding Gazans is phrased as “helping Hamas,” but now avoiding Hamas getting the US and Israeli aid is termed “starvation.”
Go figure.””
It’s called anti-Israel and anti-Netanyahu lies and propaganda. But you already knew that, obviously.
Awesome question
