This is just a tid bit of information leaving a person clueless as to what district or province this is in. It appears to be a “York” police district, but where at in Canada?
He does say to call 911, which would likely get their cops, but nothing is said what the cops would do to fix the situation.
The root cause of all this is leftism letting home invaders get by with this crap and Canada not having self defense rights with lethal force in their “castles”.

I would point out that murders like the “BTK” killer behave exactly like home invaders until they kill you. So how are you supposed to tell the difference? Do you have them fill out a form? When you invade my home are you after my stuff or my life or both?

You have a very valid point.
The original American settlers up to let’s say the early 1900’s were those tired of being the King’s (or other monarch’s) subjects and wanted more freedoms. It’s in our blood to defend ourselves.
Those that enjoyed being the monarch’s subjects, such as Canadians, Brits, Aussies and the like comply like sheep going to the slaughter. It’s simply in their blood to do what they are told.
