Where's the hope? Without it, that's just a sad, depressing song. (The Ten Commandments/album?) is just a mirror, that shows you your sin(s) - it doesn't "cleanse" you. Only Jesus' blood does that. I'm sorry, I don't mean to come off so harsh, it's just how much I need Jesus, kwim?

What is "kwin?" I didn't write this song - it's a remake of a Pet Shop Boys tune that was a hit in the '80s. Of course there's always "hope" but sin does not have a happy ending - it destroys your soul, and often your body. The song's about sin; the cycle of sin we humans can't escape while on this earth; the guilt that makes us seek forgiveness and redemption for it.

I don't write literal, pedantic Christian Rock. But I do work Judeo- Christian themes and concepts into my music. Make of that as you wish.
