Democrat judges are first and foremost political operatives.
Boasberg is somewhere between #1 and #2.
The woman in question was a #3 bucking for #2.
So... Judge Boasberg has deemed death threats acceptable. I wonder how he and his family will feel if this woman or others decide to levy death threats against them.

Boassburger needs to be locked up. He’s a criminal trying to overthrow the President of the United States. He also looks like a creep.
Apparently, this is the equivalent of an ACD (Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal), usually reserved for disorderly conduct or harassment cases in lower municipal courts. She’s under electronic surveilance, supposedly. This Boasberg is a vicious actor, abusing his position.
The only thing those judges are qualified to judge is a pie eating contest.
Boasberg is not the only problem. The DC jury pool frees defendants who are ideologically aligned with Dems, and convicts defendants who are not. Judge Berman Jackson refused to remove the jury foreman who made anti-Trump posts and sent Roger Stone to prison.
Unfortunately, it takes 67 senators to do that.
She was prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The grand jury failed to indict. Her defense team argued that her social media posts were hyperbolic and protected under the First Amendment.
Half of these wanna-be presidents serving are over 64. If thats not a strong case for many to go, and get fresh blood in the seats and get things done instead of being obstructionists and a good ol folks club, don’t know what is. They just cant give up and transfer their power.
Would she be on the streets had she threatened to kill that crooked judge?
Setting free a would-be assassin sends a message to other Democrats that if they succeed in killing Trump, they will be heroes (to other Democrats), and if they fail, they won’t suffer any serious punishment. I expect more assassination attempts to occur.
That’s exactly the message he’s sending.
If it is acceptable for judges and juries to act based on politics, is it acceptable for judges and juries to act based on race and gender?
Yes, judicially. There are extra judicial remedies which need be put in place.
