We fished in canada for over 25 years, {600 miles north of Ottowa} and always enjoyed our stay there, until 9/11.

The foul things that were said to us by {mostly french} canadians made us stop spending our time and money over the border and so we switched our fishing to communist states like MN and MI {not much better}.

Nah, the hill and lake people in MI and MN are really damn good folks...you can keep the city people.

I haven't been back to Canada since 2002 and will never cross that border again.
