To: texas booster

It seems the school districts propose large building projects which appear to pay off one bond, creating another large bond and use the difference to fund the project. Those bonds never seem to be paid off, just rolled into the next one…..

My school district has 10k less kids (about 1/5th) than it did a decade ago but somehow the same budget. I guess I should count myself lucky it has not gone up 20%.
