Why is her position in New Jersey being reviewed in Pennsylvania?

Is she waiting for confirmation while “our side” prevents Trump from making recess appointments?

It would be a shame if U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann was doxxed, SWAT Raided, or locked up in the J6 prison for XX years awaiting trial while being beaten/tortured every day. If it happened it would not give me the sads.

That was my first question. I looked the Judge up. He was appointed by Obama, but is a Republican. What kind of Republican is another story.

Grassley would need to overrule blue slips.
What Is the Blue Slip?
The blue slip process is a Senate tradition that gives home-state senators a say in the confirmation of federal judges and U.S. attorneys nominated to serve in their state. When a nomination is made, the Senate Judiciary Committee sends a blue-colored form—called a “blue slip”—to the nominee’s home-state senators, who can approve or oppose the nominee by returning or withholding the form. While not legally binding, this practice has often allowed a single senator to effectively block a nomination.
The process is rooted in senatorial courtesy and is meant to ensure local input in federal appointments. However, it has become a source of controversy, especially when used for partisan obstruction. How strictly it’s enforced depends on the chair of the Judiciary Committee. Critics argue the blue slip process is outdated and undemocratic, enabling political gridlock. Supporters maintain it’s an important check that respects states’ representation in the federal appointment process.

Why is her position in New Jersey being reviewed in Pennsylvania? Because the judges in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey voted for someone else to be the acting U.S. Attorney there, they all had a conflict of interest. It's curious a judge from the Middle District of PA was chosen for this assignment rather than a judge from across the river in Philly.

He's a Bushie RINO. A guy who couldn't get in any good law schools in NY, so he went to Dickinson in Carlisle, PA. Then he got involved in local politics and stayed in PA in the Harrisburg area.

If she ends up in legal trouble will someone here offer to shelter her in a home confinement or detention agreement?
Keeping her under their watch to be sure she stays out of further trouble elsewhere.
The guys here are just so nice.
