I can explain this. The term “juveniles” was the way the MSM used so that they didn’t have to tell you the NAMES of the perps. Because “they” name their kids things that make it obvious as to their race. They felt the need to still report the news, but in a way that would protect the race.

One of the few things Hilary and Bill were actually right about. The murder rate in the early 90's was horrendous, and it was inner-city drug related. Didn't much care about drug dealers killing each other, but far too many innocent people were getting caught in the crossfire.

Anyone who actually believed that black lives matter would have supported what they did.

Does anyone know whether the homeless in tents or exposed on sidewalks are majority white or majority black? I can see the problem of blacks confusing crackdown on crime as racism in a majority black city, but common mental images of the homeless are often of white drug abusers, i.e. in Philadelphia or Los Angeles.

I do find it exasperating that blacks excuse criminal behavior of co-moolinyans regardless. Jim Crow three and four generations ago doesn’t force a black teenager to beat or kill another human being.
