How can you determine that from a 2D perspective? You can't.....

So stop it with your nonsense

Be quiet and pay attention..

Home plate is about 16" long.

The production visual aid shows 2D, width and height, at the catchers mitt.

A good breaking ball curves about 17.5 from the pitcher's hand, on a straight, to the catchers mitt, which is a distance of 60' 6".

So a ball curves about 1" every 4'.

There is no physical way a ball observed two demensionally 10" off the zone at the catchers mitt, ever crossed the plate.

So stop it with your nonsense

No, you should stop repeating a mindless talking point and do the ******* math.

I'm just going to point out that MLB grades every umpire, on every pitch, and tabulates and releases the results.

And they say you're wrong.
