I agree the territory should be given back to the states that it was carved from. Those boundary are just “decorative” at this point and even early on. A 10 mile x 10 mile square....wow....creative...

D.C. residents should not be allowed to vote in Federal elections. D.C. is not a state.

IMO no one should LIVE in DC.

It should be 100% government buildings and government land.

Use imminent domain and take it ALL, and clear the entire place out and then demolish nearly every residential structure.

It's not the land that gives House seats. Its the population. In the last census DC had a population of 705,749 people. Each House seat represents 761,169. So, DC's population by itself would not give MD another House seat or EV.
