Right. And getting upset about the Dems not cooperating is kind of silly with it is the Pubby Senators stopping Trump.

Of course - the Republicans are both responsible for the actions they take, but also the actions the Democrats take as well. < / s >

The Senate cannot formally recess without a vote of the Senate - the Republicans alone do not decide this. The Democrats can attach amendments to a motion to recess which would require 60 votes to end them. Republicans do not have 60 votes. Republicans used this tactic against Biden and Obama same as Democrats are using it against Trump now.

The Democrats are engaging in obstruction that is unprecedented including raising objections to mundane appointments that are normally approved by acclimation - unanimous consent and voice votes for immediate confirmation. Now they are requiring the full debate and voting process on each nominee. That takes up an extraordinary amount of time and is entirely at the feet of the Democrats - yet here you are yet again with your false narrative in the face of this reality: "getting upset about the Dems not cooperating is kind of silly with it is the Pubby Senators stopping Trump." So you are not upset with what the Democrats are doing - in fact completely dismissive of given them any culpability and want people to revolt against Republicans and only Republicans - even in cases where is 100% the Democrats fault. Do you have any shame at all?

Yet Trump has had 161 nominees already confirmed confirmed to only 55 confirmed by the same stage last time Trump was president.
That's more than twice as many as last time.
Plus congressional Democrats are at record low approvals ratings.
Democrats are not doing great are they?

The majority party gives up its power with all these 60-vote requirements.
