Have you tried Control, Alt, Delete.
All at once, it’s awkward, but works.

I found it in the Password Manager for this browser on the desktop. That got me signed in on the laptop.
Now, if I can get the laptop logged in to Facebook...

You are talking to a very narrow segment of our population there!

I kept mine written down a long time ago, before I became more sophisticated...password manager.
But when they were written down, each password started with a lowercase ‘p’, as in pTifp3412.
So Tifp3413 would be written down and if someone got a hold
of/stole my password list...they didnt have anything!

"A piece of paper is easy to reasonably hide." I just keep my passwords written in lemon juice on Zig-Zag rolling papers in my prison wallet.
It's a lot less embarrassing than logging on to an internet chat site to ask people what the password is you just used to log on to the internet chat site.
[that's sarcasm, for the terminally impaired. Not you Ansel]

I lost my original password and screen name when I bought a new computer in 2004.
Still upsets me.
My first visit to FR was Bush-Gore Election Night in 2000.
Had to change my screen name and lost 4 years of FR tenure.
I am still treated like a Newbie!
