Parents, who truly hate their children, send them to Public School.
The presenter in the video talks exactly about this. Parents, many of whom both work full-time jobs, see schools as ready-made tax-funded daycare. The parents figure that they turned out OK after going to school and so it’s OK for their kids.
Talked with a college security official. He said today’s college students are in bad shape mentally (at his school).
I would have to assume it is, other than stupid parenting, due to social media. They are constantly terrified of being targeted, exposed, gossiped about, etc, and probably legitimately so.

No wonder they're depressed, anxious, and hopeless.
