If you assert the U.S. strikes on Iran’s nuclear sites at Fordo, Natanz and Isfahan were taken exclusively to remove the capacity of Iran to create a nuclear weapon, you likely missing a key point. However, if you recognize the strikes were not only about eliminating Iran’s nuclear capacity but also about taking Israel’s “Iran has nukes!” card off the table, then you begin to understand the after action message from the Trump administration.
Essentially, by removing the Iran nuclear threat, the overall influence from Israel on President Trump’s foreign policy objective is also lessened. Within that dynamic you will see why President Trump, Secretary/NSA Rubio and the inner national security circle are so strongly emphasizing the “totally destroyed” message

Unfortunately, for the deepest part of the U.S. intelligence apparatus, maintaining the usefulness of the Iran nuclear threat is aligned with their interests. Hence, we begin to see why the intelligence apparatus immediately began trying to diminish the effectiveness of the strikes with leaks to CNN

Demonstrably, Gabbard is in over her head.
(still having deja vu /s)
Now this truly looks like Trump 4 D chess and he played both Gabbard and Ratcliffe pieces brilliantly.
‘2,100 earthquakes a year’: Iran and its seismological history - Just a natural earthquake or a link to nuclear testing?
This comes amid Israel and Iran engaging in a deadly war, as Israel on June 13 launched Operation Rising Lion, with an aim to target Iran’s nuclear facilities, top military officials, and nuclear scientists.
What!
Iran has openly threatened to use nukes against the USA military and against the USA home land.
The USA has defined Iran as the #1 terrorist threat in the world - for the last 45 years.
Just so long as this isn’t ‘shock & awe II’ under a different plot.
We shall see...
Trump’s decisive strikes also established precedence and heads up to Iran that we can strike again.
Trump obviously does not agree with you. Run for office because you are so much smarter. /s
BTTT
good point. Though I remember ‘03 when the intelligence assessment was that they had suspended nuclear bomb program. I always had seen that as the lasting benefit of Bush’s action in Iraq. But the Iranians obviously used the time to harden their sites and develop their ballistic missiles. So time for the stalemate was running out.
As an uncontrolled Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard is a threat to those interests deep inside our government who weaponize intelligence information in order to control foreign policy outcomes.
Ah, yes.
Just undermine your cabinet and move along like nothing else matters.
Right. /s
Sounds like a song I know...
There’s quite a bit of conflict here as to difference of opinion on Gabbard.
Interestingly, only one side seems determined to deride the other.
So, go ahead: You know what they say about ‘assumptions’...
Frankly, I think the reason DJT’s so frustrated - if that’s the case - is that he’s going head-to-head with ds and having to navigate a host of bs just to arrive at a good decision.
I’d be pissed off, too.
