On one hand, I kind of wanna believe that they have a bunch of form letters they use for major incidents where violence is involved and some low level staff or just filled in the blanks and put it on X. However, seeing how LA has handled the LA riots as a result of the immigration enforcement, for some reason, I have my doubt on my original thought
