Time to start seizing assets for aiding and abetting illegal alien invaders.

If that’s not knowingly harboring illegals, I don’t know what is.

One way to encourage self-deportation is to ban aliens not on a visa or from a visa-exempt country from driving vehicles on federally funded roads.

Confiscation of their vehicle will send a message.

Well that makes it easy for ICE. Send the data scrubbers through every county’s public records database. If it’s a Prysma Lending mortgage that got recorded, chances are it’s an illegal.

“You have a right to homeownership, regardless of legal status,”

I hate that phrase. Is a mortgage a God given right that the government cannot infringe, or is it a privilege, bestowed by a lender, on those who meet favorable terms for the loan?

I see a big bankruptcy in someone’s future.

They would need a ITIN number and wouldn’t be necessarily be here illegally.

But, how long does it take to get a SS number?
Not sure of that part.

FWIW - “No Doc” and ITIN loans have been around for a very long time.

Not too long ago, lots of folks didn’t use credit cards.
Paid cash for used cars.
Operated on an all cash basis.

If you could put 25%+ down on a house, most any funding operation would loan you the money.

Illegal Aliens present in America is different.

“You have a right to homeownership, regardless of legal status,” Prysma says. The company even published guides on “loans for undocumented immigrants” and boasts that it has “extensive experience with loans tailored to the unique needs of undocumented immigrants.”

Prosecute the company under RICO, seize all assets, put them out of business and jail the corporate officers.

“Confiscation of their vehicle will send a message.

Being licensed to drive is not a federal function. It is a state determination. And when you get into states like California that use driver’s license as voter possibilities, you’re going to have political graft for voting bases. All it takes is a Californian ID and a foreign document as listed in this site:

https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/file/user-friend-guide-to-document-options-to-obtain-a-california-dl-pdf/

So you can expect push back from states like California, Delaware, Maryland, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Virginia, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Utah, Washington, Connecticut, Illinois, New Jersey, Oregon and Vermont. Most of them are blue states and are using the licenses for voting capacities.

If there is a way to shut down the lending company, Prysma Lending is a non-profit that is receiving funds from the US government. Cut off their funds and cancel their non-profit status for aiding an illegal.

This actually will end up bankrupting the company. Eventually, all these illegal homeowners will be sent out of America and this company will be left with the loans.

I’d rather see their ownership jailed for knowingly harboring illegals.

That was my question, too.  I find it hard to believe that these loans would meet the standards for either agency to take on these portfolios.  And if these lenders are warehousing the loans themselves, that's a huge risk which one day may will turn into a house of cards when the loans go into default.

It's a whack-a-mole world, my friend, and that's not meant to discourage anyone.

Here's a 2024 network map of Church World Services Inc's. refugee resettlements service centers a very well connected provider of sanctuaries and services.

From https://www.pbs.org/newshour/politics/migrants-can-now-be-arrested-at-churches-and-schools-after-trump-administration-throws-out-policies

A 2018 story by The Associated Press detailed how since 2014, at least 70 publicly known cases have emerged of people seeking sanctuary in churches for immigration-related reasons, according to Church World Service, a New York organization that supports the sanctuary efforts. Of those, 51 came up since Trump took office in January 2017 and pledged a harder line on immigration.

And here's a major connected supporter willfully contributing to the destruction of our system of law and order.

Go figure.
