The small shopping carts make great impromptu stand around outside tables to eat your brisket from, as an alternative to eating in your car.
The pouches of sliced pickles are a great accompaniment to your brisket/pulled port.

Buck-ee’s Brisket is not to bad but their sauce (what little they give you) is a bit iffy. They need to offer a Varity of sauces like mild, medium, hot, sweet etc.
