🚨BREAKING NEWS🚨

FAIRFAX, Va. — Honduran alien Hyrum Baquedano-Rodriguez arrested by ICE after Virginia court drops charges for home invasion and abducting a 4-year-old child. He remains in ICE custody pending removal. Timeline

👉Aug. 25, 2 018: Illegally entered the U.S. near Yuma, Arizona.

👉Jan. 22, 2019: DOJ immigration judge released him on immigration bond.

👉Nov. 9, 2021: Fairfax County Police charged him with 3 counts of indecent liberties, exposing his genitals to a child, and indecent exposure.

👉Sept. 27, 2022: Fairfax County General District Court convicted him with entering property with intent to damage, petit larceny: less than $1,000 and entering property with intent to damage. The court sentenced him to a total of 18 months in prison and imposed restitution.

👉Oct. 2, 2022: Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court convicted him of disorderly conduct and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Sentenced him to 12 months in prison for each conviction.

👉March 8, 2023: Fairfax County General District Court convicted Baquedano-Rodriguez of entering property with intent to damage and sentenced him to 12 months in prison.

👉June 7, 2024: DOJ immigration judge in Annandale, VA ordered Baquedano-Rodriguez removed from the United States to Honduras.

👉May 2, 2025: Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court dismissed Baquedano-Rodriguez’ charges for abduction of a person with intent to defile and burglary: entering a house to murder, rape, etc.

👉May 2, 2025: ICE Washington D.C. arrested him in Fairfax Virginia.

Jail sentence in March of 23 was for 12 months.

a deportation order is a court order

Against the individual, not against the court. They can choose to detain you if the appropriate authorities want to come pick you up, but there's no legal requirement for them to do so.
