Biden inundated America with professional , well organized and highly mobile illegal alien rip off and burglary teams.

Countries like Chile and Peru are some of the prime sources.

They come into he country illegally, rip off Americans and then jet back to their home countries to avoid arrest.

Given how the Democrats have pushed Defund the Police and have elected Soros criminal loving DAs to office in key major cites it's like taking candy from a baby for these pros. And a very , very rich baby at that.

These rip off teams have used the illegal alien invasion and the extensive underground illegal alien false identity industry and the vast illegal alien underground support networks to get in and out of the country freely and covertly and to operate here in the US without scrutiny or law enforcement interference.

If they do get caught, they are immediately released from without even having to pay bail by Democrat politicians and Soros DAs.

Since their plan is to leave the country as soon as they have ripped off enough stuff to fence their stuff and regroup to come back and hit another US city this is like a dream come true.

It's gotten so pervasive that they even have a name for it with an official definition.

Crime Tourism

“Crime tourism is an ongoing, worldwide phenomenon of organized crime where a group of bandits arrive to a foreign country as “tourists”, often originating from South America, specifically to target wealthy households, before returning to their country of origin. The phenomenon is not confined to a single cohesive group, but is rather a pattern observed across multiple independent criminal enterprises.”

And like President Trump - I don't blame the illegals as much as I blame the Democrats who have engineered the illegal alien invasion, the Democrats who pushed the Defund the Police movement, the Democrats who have passed laws to decriminalize property theft and violent crime and the Democrats who have elected Soros DAs to release and refuse to prosecute criminals.

Los Angles has become a major hub for illegal alien crime tourism.

Given it's extreme wealth, it's cutting edge soft on crime laws, it's catch and release policies for the few criminals who the demoralized and defunded police actually get catch and arrest, it's pervasive illegal alien support networks and it's close proximity to the most open border in the country LA has become the happy hunting ground for crime tourists.

Many of the wildfires in 2025 LA fires were intentionally set in rich, high fire risk communities to force evacuation and provide cover for these foreign rip off gangs.

If we as Americans have become so stupid and so degenerate that we allow this to happen openly and without resistance in our country without push back we really deserve what we get.

Don’t get me wrong. I would have voted for her for President and might in 2028. If nothing else, this should motivate our elites in D.C. to clean the place up. But she is still negligent for bringing her family into D.C. Did they all have a security detail getting to the restauant?

Just stealing purses Americans don't want to steal.

Noem is going to have to act as though she's in enemy territory in her own capital city.

"She was in England when it was stolen?"

Nope, in D.C. Apparently this guy has been doing this around the world, and has a record to prove it. I'd like to know how he got from Chile to London, and then over here. Was he one of Joe's illegals that the government flew around?

He took her purse and everything that was in it, including her apartment keys, her HHS badge, ID, etc., probably credit cards, and $3,000 that was in the purse. She’d withdrawn the money to take her family to dinner, and to pay for their Easter weekend together, plus gifts. Her purse was sitting on the floor next to her. The purse itself was worth $4,000 I believe, and the wallet inside was worth $600.

"Right on cue, someone blames Kristi for what her detail should have done"

She left her purse sitting on the floor next to her in the restaurant, and he walked away with it. That's on her.

The Deep State uses illegals and gang members as its army. The fact that he’s a thief would make him an ideal choice if the Deep State wanted to steal something from Noem. The fact that he has a long criminal record might be due to intentionally leniency from captured jurisdictions/judges/courts. His movement around the world might be job offers by globalists, deep staters.

...sounds like they've arrested the man accused of stealing Kristi Noem's purse, and SHOCKER, he's not in this country legally.

AND he's a criminal... how many stupid democrats will cry for him? Try to shield this criminal from the law? How creepy will Chuck Schumer go? Will do bimbo democrat 'judge' go to jail for this lowlife?

LA's liberal 'elites' are left-wingers who support illegals so it's a weird vibe...

Her purse was sitting on the floor next to her.

Unsanitary and insecure.

It should have been on her lap, locked closed, and chained to her waist or wrist.

Then she could have covered it with her table napkin.

He stole it. That’s on him. You can’t blame a victim for what a criminal does. You can speculate what they could have done and you can lament and maybe learn a lesson but ultimately it’s the fault of the criminal.

"NO."

YES!! Most women, and I'm a woman don't pay attention where they set their purses down. They never think someone would walk by and grab it without them even knowing it. And that's the problem. They are too naive regarding the threats that are out there. They have no clue that when they leave their purse sitting wide open in a shopping cart, and they're 6 feet away looking at something else, they're leaving themselves open to becoming a victim. It's very easy to be distracted in certain situations, and not pay attention to your surroundings, or who is around you. I'm sure Kristi Noem has learned a lesson from all this, and will take steps to never be a victim again. Sometimes it takes an incident like that to wake people up to just how vulnerable they are.

I worked 25 years in uniform in NY State's prison system. I was a new officer, and made the mistake of leaving a nice pen that had been given to me as a gift, on the desk in the hall of the school building, while I went to check on something. Of course the pen was no longer there when I got back. It was a valuable lesson, and for 25 years, security was drilled into my head, and I applied it both in and out of the work place. I'm in my 22nd year of retirement, and still practice everything I learned on the job. I feel very fortunate that I had that training for all those years, because I was able to travel alone, both in this country, and overseas, and never had a problem with being ripped off.

"He stole it. That’s on him. You can’t blame a victim for what a criminal does."

After a lengthy criminal record of theft, he finally got caught because of who he ripped off. If it had been anyone else, he'd probably still be walking free. It still doesn't take away the fact that the person responsible for the safety and security of their personal property is the person it belongs to. Perhaps she's been spoiled because as Governor and now as HHS Secretary, she's had people guarding her and keeping her safe for years. Once you go out and mingle with the public in a crime-ridden city like Washington, you can't count on anyone but yourself to keep the personal property safe that you carry with you. Your bodyguards aren't going to carry your purse for you, nor should they.

How much training do you think Secret Service agents get about keeping an eye on the purse of the person you're supposed to be guarding? I'd say slim to none. They are focused on protecting them from personal injury. And let's face it, how many women in Cabinet positions, or Executive government positions do you see walking around while performing their official duties carrying a purse? They usually have someone else to do that for them, or carry the things they need while they are out. Melania rarely carries a purse. About the only two women I ever saw who was never without their purse was Queen Elizabeth II and Margaret Thatcher. Must be a thing with British women.

My guess would be that Noem is trying to kick all these illegal alien criminals out of the country and her purse and contents were stolen by an illegal alien criminal.

Should never have been allowed to get that close to her.

If I heard correctly, she was away from the purse at the time of the theft.
