“What is conco de Mayo?”

You drink and then you conc out.

Actually: Cinco de Mayo, celebrated on May 5, commemorates the Mexican army’s victory over France at the Battle of Puebla in 1862. This battle was significant as it represented a stand against foreign intervention during the Franco-Mexican War.

The French were already evacuating Mexico due to prez Lincoln threatening a second war against France during the American Civil War.
