I guess it wasn’t a video but a snapshot of him talking with rfk and her- he went back to do that- its very likely that he didn’t see her hand and was concentrating on greeting Joe Rogan or someone else and missed her hand offer. Folks are tri g to make a big deal out of this- if he had snubbed her, he certainly wouldn’t have gone back and spoken with her like he did
