Yes. AWFUL ruling. If people did not vote legally...if they did not provide the information required by law, then no. Their ballots should not count.
I’d be OK with giving a few weeks to cure the ballots....ie to track down those people and obtain the information required by law for their ballot to count. I am not OK with just saying they should be counted even though they did not comply with the law. We have laws for a reason. In this case it is to prevent election fraud which I’m convinced happened in this election.
