Yeah a judge soliciting cases is pretty bad. Not that this will move the head of the court branch of government into intervening.
At some point, I could even see Compromised Roberts getting pissed at being second-guessed.
Nonsense and everyone needs to calm down. He’s getting ready to shut down. This is my post from the other thread, responding to the notion that Boasberg has been paid off by Soros:
I suppose, maybe. But I just don’t buy the facile theory that these people act because they’ve been paid off. When I hear hoofbeats I think horses, not zebras. We see all across our politics fanatical leftists acting out their beliefs. My read is that’s what animates this judge
That said, typical GP hype and bs here. True the judge was b***h slapped by SCOTUS, but I think this is a perfectly appropriate final step before closing up shop in this case. Judges never like being reversed, particularly with a slap, like a ruling that he lacked jurisdiction to do any of his antics. Likewise the boys and girls on the DC Circuit that upheld him. This slap was pretty hard, and the implication of the article that he’s looking for a way to act that would result in a second, harder, slap, is just ridiculous
