I’m sitting five feet from a guy that my daughter met on a Christian dating site.
They been married for about six months. Neither are crazy.
Both of my older kids met their spouses on Christian dating sites while in their early 30’s.
I’m glad it worked out for them. However, I’m just speaking from a reality point. It’s good to see how somebody conducts themselves in society. People’s behaviours are almost always worse in private than in public. If you see them blow their top or are disrespectful in public, they will treat you worse in the privacy of their home.
My general suggestion if you meet somebody on a meet-up app, move to the same town but live separately and see how they conduct themselves in public.
Very nice!
I would bet a faith based dating site would attract an entirely better class of clientele from the start. You’d have to be an idiot to think you could fake the faith or get lucky on the first date. Christian based sites probably have the best marriage rates with the most longevity.
Mr.GG2 and I met through yahoo personals online 19 glorious years ago. Of course we did exchange photos and spoke on the phone etc before our first date which was a jaunt to Big Red Plantation south of Atlanta to shoot a 12 stand and attend their barbecue. 😉
