While I think all of that is good,
This is not in the Federal Purview.
I also don’t think the Federal Government has much input
into how the States run their elections.

I saw a post about this on a leftist’s FB page, and it seemed to be saying that this EO will require everyone to have a passport.
I don’t see that requirement in the wording here, but am wondering whether EVERYONE will somehow have to re-register to vote, and provide proof of citizenship. What would generally be acceptable proof?

Much of it is already federal law, which is all cited here. And they can withhold federal funds for non-compliance with the rest.
