I think is does work. "Don't Tell" means keep it hidden, trannies aren't hiding so they are not allowed into or to stay in the military.

Is there binding precedent in US law or USSC rulings that holds that men can become women or women can become men?

I mean, things are bad enough but I don’t think a person who believes they are the opposite sex has enforceable rights to require other people to believe it, too.
