The people that work for the DOGE can not repreent the ownership or the right of possession of the results of the service as they are employees. The DOGE was identified as a service and that word is defined by Black’s law dictionary fir the emoplyee as The being employed to serve another; duty or labor to be rendered by one person to another. The people working in DOGE do not answer to the public, just the DOGE.
