The binary trigger concept is interesting, and completely legal.

Selector back = safe. Selector down = semi-auto fire. Selector forward = binary fire.

Seems like a bad idea from a safety standpoint to me. No thanks.

No thanks. Who would want one of those overpriced gadgets? An accident waiting to happen.

I have one on my AR-15 pistol. I’ve been eyeing a Cetme 308 rifle (really its an HK91) with a Franklin Armory binary trigger. It ain’t cheap though at about $650 just for the trigger, nevermind the rifle.

Some people will never be safe no matter what is in their hands

They’re very conversational but I have no interest either in 10/22 or any other variant.

Anyone who lived through 1980s or later video gaming is certainly physically capable of pressing faster than the action can cycle. Having a mechanism just waiting for “oops I left it on binary” NDEs seems very foolish.

Alot cheaper than my John Norrell auto sear. Bought it for 2k in the 90s, going for $25k+ $200/ATF Form 4 now.

The Link brings out that .22 has a Good track record of reliability and therefore decent round for Self Defence. I’m leaning towards it as a Truck Gun. PoPo and Civilians both are Not put off by a .22 and if ‘Lost’ they don’t cost that much.
