Agree if you mean to vote, a real ID driver license or state ID should suffice.

Perhaps a free voter ID card with biometrics, and duplicate biometrics are flagged as voter fraud if they are used to attempt to vote multiple times, with instant arrest/detention...

Today, voter fraud happens when mail-in ballots are counted for ineligible people and or duplicated by machine.
