President Trump is not going to “pull the plug on Ukraine”.
It is not happening. It would remove all ability for Trump to make a deal with Russia and Europe and Ukraine.
He won’t do that. Graham is pointing out the obvious.
President Trump may stop the fraud in Ukraine, but that is a completely separate issue. Stopping the fraud likely helps Ukraine a great deal.

Trump's objective is get the best deal for the citizens of this country. That being reimbursed by Ukraine and something of valuable from Russia.
There is no scenario where Ukraine gets any territory back, joins NATO or where there is a NATO presence in what's left of the country. Nor does any of that matter in making a deal.
