Imagine waking up at dawn to six armed officers storming your home—not for drugs, not for weapons, but for posting a meme. That’s exactly what happened in northwest Germany, and CBS was there, cameras rolling, treating it like some noble act of justice. This isn’t journalism. This is collaboration with tyranny.
The suspect’s crime? Sharing a so-called "racist" cartoon online. German authorities, operating under their draconian hate speech laws, seized his laptop and cellphone, claiming these devices were used to spread "hate." Fifty homes were raided that day. Fifty people had their doors kicked in. For words.
Germany’s speech laws, originally designed to prevent another Nazi rise, have now veered into outright authoritarianism. They claim to fight extremism but use Nazi-style tactics to silence dissent. Meanwhile, CBS, rather than questioning this insanity, gleefully played along, presenting this as some noble pursuit of justice.

Yes, it really did happen.
The hate speech laws in this country have been here since 1960 in the present form (Paragraph 130 penal code), and they were toughened in 2019 after the assassination of Walter Lübcke, a high ranking official in the state of Hesse, by a deranged neo Nazi, and again in 2022 „just in case“.
I had been unaware that the program „60 Minutes“ is made by CBS. To be honest, I hadn’t known about it at all.
Thanks be to America, and for the Second Amendment 😀👍🏻
The meme was a picture of some high-voltage lines, captioned: „Refugee climbing park“.
De facto, she already is.
Danke für den Link.
Das ist doch der komplette Wahnsinn !!!
All this over a cartoon?
I remember this insanity from a few years ago during the Fussball WM in Kaiserslautern, Germany (I think it was auf dem Betzenberg ?)
The local government gentle reminded the people to not display German flags or show to much pride to be German. 🫨
It’s sad! 😔
Sad, but true. Traurig, aber wahr.
However, I had been unaware of the stuff being said to Soccer fans in 2006. If I remember correctly, there were plenty of German and other national flags being brandished by the fans, and everybody had a really swell time 😀, as Dennis the Menace would say.
you would think the Krauts would have learned from 80yrs age but guess not
