Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), notorious for his endless witch hunts and conspiracy theories, had the gall to lecture Vice President J.D. Vance on the sanctity of the rule of law while simultaneously applauding Joe Biden’s blatant disregard for a Supreme Court decision.
This comes after Vance highlighted the dangers of judicial overreach into executive duties, an analogy drawn from his own military and legal expertise after an Obama-appointed judge blocked the newly established Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) from accessing a crucial Treasury payment system.
“If a judge tried to tell a general how to conduct a military operation, that would be illegal. If a judge tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a prosecutor, that’s also illegal. Judges aren’t allowed to control the executive’s legitimate power,” Vance wrote.
However, Schiff responded and had the audacity to respond with a lecture on legal compliance, “JD, we both went to law school. But we don’t have to be lawyers to know that ignoring court decisions we don’t like puts us on a dangerous path to lawlessness. We just have to swear an oath to the Constitution. And mean it.”

If the democrats didn’t have double standards, they wouldn’t have any at all.
The judge is lawless. And needs to be removed and charged with a crime.
Shiff for Brains is not just a Hypocrite....he is PURE EVIL!
The DOJ is STILL CORRUPT AS HELL!!!~ Bondi better get BUSY...QUICKLY!
.
But what about lawlessness by politicized courts?
I think little Schiffty is begging for a beatdown, he’s trying to go unarmed into battle with a warrior. All Shiffties attention whoring will do is show the nation and the world what slimy, ignorant, little turd he is.
The Supreme Court, which his buddy Joe Biden ignored, is the only co-equal branch of the judiciary.
All other courts are considered inferior. The idea that a federal judge in New York or DC or Hawaii can countermand a Presidential administrative decision is ludicrous.
