I know! It's really hard to believe he has been gone that long.
He died just a few months before my precious husband....who was a HUGE FAN of Rush!!!
Nah...she probably wants to do what she really wants, being regular, not forgetting where she is, belching, and farting at will. Old school self important”look at me, I’m on TV” propagandist.
Only 17 years? Maybe in her current position — or maybe just on MSNBC? I’m thinking she’s been on TV for 35 years or more.
She’ll continue working for the Comcast-owned company as NBC News’ chief foreign affairs correspondent and chief Washington correspondent.
OK, I missed that part. So we’re not rid of her after all...
If she doesn’t leave MSNBC soon, it may not be around to retire from....
“He died just a few months before my precious husband....who was a HUGE FAN of Rush!!!”
If there are big screen TVs in Heaven, imagine the watch parties they’re having! And Mom is with them, wearing “I Voted For Trump” tee shirt. (She must have it since we couldn’t find it after she died.)
Rush lives on every day in US political discourse. There would not be fox news or newsmax without a nationally syndicated radio program with the pull of man behind the golden EIB mic.
The counter big media movement was him for alot of years. What were his misses, he did not spot the NeoCons for what they were. He did understand the problems with the Sr. Senator from Kentucky. I still can hear the chainsaws before the eco warrior news. America held hostage. My journey started Aug of 1993 with my nose inside The Way Things Ought to Be. Then immediately Told you so. Living off campus with a group of social misfits, 1PM ET was the rush room on the back Poarch and lively conversations were happening with william F buckley to Thomas Paine as guidance. And there were stoner chicks always dropping by to get debated. Not a single one of us became a lawyer, figure there are 7 multimillion dollar enterprises with 100+ employees today came from that rush room.
Great post. We’ll never know how truly influential Rush was over the years.
My friend’s adult son with grey-ing hair has a tee shirt identifying him as a “Rush Baby”, and he’s never waivered from that.
Happy Birthday Ronald Reagan
