Vanity: Getting Illegal Aliens out of the U.S. Prison System
VANITY

Posted on 01/29/2025 1:41:34 AM PST by TigerClaws

Having difficulty getting the exact number of illegal aliens currently occupying U.S. prisons.

Can we repatriate these folks to their home countries and save this money? If we have to give a credit against a tariff, surely it'd be more economical.

The foreign nationals form gangs in our prison, cost us enormous amounts in tax dollars.

Seems like this may be a more cost effective method and they can enjoy life in the El Salvadorian, Columbian, Mexican, etc. jail system instead of living in luxury on taxpayers' dime.

This is one source I found just to show the cost of this to our system:

Of the 64,124 cases reported to the Commission in fiscal year 2023, 21,504 involved non-U.S. citizens. Non-U.S. citizens accounted for 33.7% of all individuals sentenced in fiscal year 2023.[1]

https://www.ussc.gov/research/quick-facts/federally-sentenced-non-us-citizens

We should also look at GITMO for the worst of the worst, or building a prison camp in Liberia.

One in five US prison inmates is a ‘criminal alien

https://thehill.com/opinion/immigration/407312-one-in-five-us-prison-inmates-is-a-criminal-alien/

In terms of cost, federal taxpayers shelled out more than $15 billion during the period studied — or $2.5 billion a year — to keep criminal aliens behind bars in federal, state and local facilities.

Many are repeat offenders. Of about 146,500 criminal aliens who finished a federal prison term, about one in six — around 24,800 — already had been imprisoned again at least once.

Yes, you can get rid of them, with unfinished sentences unless they have a death penalty, and tell them if they enter again they will finish their sentence and get additional time.

El Salvador knows how to deal with badasses. Make a deal with them to take these individuals into their prison system.

Send them to El Salvador.

They are hardcore pros when dealing with prisoners.

So.... lets think this through...

Joe Smo illegal alien murders your child, gets caught and is sentenced to life in prison...

After being notified by the prison that this is an illegal alien, ICE shows up takes the murderer out of prison and gives him a free ride home where he is then free to live out his life in his home country.

How is this justice?

I am completely against this.

Isn’t there some kind of a time-release ‘suicide pill’ they can give them?

Put the murderers in GITMO or a prison run by some 3rd world country.

For many offenses - let them serve out the FULL TERM in their home country.

Federal prisons in the U.S. = free healthcare, mostly safe, the gang members love being there and spread their crime while in prison.

We shouldn’t be paying $100,000 a year for a decade to house these folks.

Or ... drop them from helicopters to fight the CA wildfires. That works, too.

Or toss them in the Gulf of America...

Vaccinate them for COVID six times?

IMO, they need to finish their sentence, with no bennies and nothing but shelter, food, and emergency medical care.

Then sent back for their own countries to deal with.

And if they’re a problem in general pop, put them in isolation.

Okay....

1. FINISH THE SENTENCES IN ANOTHER COUNTRY

2. We can pick the place — Liberia, etc. Give them $5,000 per year per prisoner.

3. They are NOT U.S. CITIZENS and have no right to be on our dime.

4. The prisons are run by illegal alien gangs. Ship them to El Salvador.

If this works, we may want to ship some of our folks to these places as well - but not sure that’d pass the court system.

EVERYTHING is on the table.

Let’s come up with solutions.

Trump has already suggested shipping criminals out of the country. I’m exploring the “how” that could be done.

“Send them to El Salvador. They are hardcore pros when dealing with prisoners.”

And we should PAY El Salvador some money to hold them if they’re not citizens of El Salvador, as it’s likely far cheaper than keeping them in prison in the US, and they’ll just be released in many other countries...only to try to come back to the US and put our ICE boys in more danger.

Yes, we need to get the illegal aliens out of our USA prisons so we can put USA citizens who are habitual criminals in their place.

POTUS already has floated the idea of “farming out” American repeat offenders to other countries for imprisonment. USA will reimburse for the care and feeding.

For illegal aliens, just send them home and let their own countries deal with them. Just don’t come back here.

They are NOT going to finish their sentence in another country that has no jurisdiction nor interest in enforcing a law broken in another country.

Put them in chain-gangs and clean our highways before we kick them out.

Not enough of them on death row or are they on it for too long before something is done? If they are just going to be imprisoned for an indefinite period, it may as well be in their home country’s prison system.
