Except there weren't. They were all supposed to be released in 2017 or if a pres says some still need to be sealed. Trump authorized some, but not all thru his tenure. Same for Biden.

That’s how the DS has been camouflaging facts, truth and reality for decades. It’s also why the DS minions are resisting Trump so stridently. They know that if it all gets exposed, their @sses are toast.
I just read about George de Mohrenschildt and wow, he is connected to every major player in the assassination, even being a family friend of the Bouviers
I think it might be that he thinks it is more important to release them for the sake of open information and transparency that for any big important bombshells people are hoping they'll contain. We'll see when it happens.
Dude, they have been kicking the “release” can down the street since 1963. I have been waiting for the after 25 years release, then kick…… then more kicks…. It’s now 60 years later. Here’s my bottom line, either release and we discover the secrets, or don’t release and we know they killed him!
My thoughts? Release everything. We are a free speech country. We are a democracy. To hide facts of our government, flies in the face of both free speech and democracy. Did our government kill these people. Did someone else. We should know.
There can be no legitimate reason to hide these facts now, so many years after.
And 75 years was not the time that the facts were first hidden. It was 25 years back in the 1970s. As the date gets closer they move it back. Why? Because its that bad.

Even now, after all of the things we’ve seen... after all of the evidence shown... that our government is and has been corrupt and evil for decades... (usually, but not exclusively, under Democrats)... nobody really wants to acknowledge the fact. It’s just too scary and horrendous a reality to grasp. But it is exactly why the Deep State has been so difficult to restrain, control or destroy (a la drain the swamp). The DS is too deep, too evil and it’s too strong to destroy.

I want them released because I’m 62 and still alive. I may not be in 2038.
Aside from that, I have some unanswered questions:
1. The record shows that Oswald used his one phone call in the Dallas County Jail to call an individual in Raleigh, North Carolina (purported to be his CIA handler). The FBI instructed the switchboard operators to advise Oswald that there was no answer and to not place that call - Oswald knew the name, address and phone number of this man, yet he had never been to Raleigh in his life. WHO was this man and WHAT was so important about him that Oswald, arrested for murdering a cop and the President (he had been charged with that at the time he attempted the phone call) used his ONLY phone call to reach out to this man and not his wife or mother and not a lawyer.
2. What really was the role played by Ruth Payne, her husband and George DeMohrenshilt with Oswald? The three of them have subsequently been identified as CIA operatives/assets/handlers. It is difficult to fathom that such people would become so active and interested in the life of a purported loser such as Oswald and his Russian immigrant wife.
3. The Manlicher-Carcano rifle allegedly fired by Oswald was so inaccurate upon testing by the FBI that the FBI sharpshooter had to add three shims under the scope to make it accurate enough to fire test rounds into the target for retrieval and comparison. If that is the case, how did Oswald get off three shots in less than six seconds and hit two of them?
4. The mortician who handled Oswald’s funeral signed an affidavit stating that the morning Oswald was buried, two FBI agents appeared at the funeral home with the Manlicher-Carcano rifle and rolled fingerprint ink onto Oswald’s dead right palm and pressed it against the stock of the rifle. How come there has never been a legitimate government response to this allegation? Any legitimate media scrutiny and follow-up of the mortician’s sworn statement?
5. Witnesses at Parkland Hospital (including one female doctor who was also a known marksman and rifle expert and hunter) noted a bullet hole in the windshield of the limo. When the limo was shipped to Ford HQ in Dearborn, the records show that the windshield was removed and crushed. If it wasn’t damaged, why remove it, destroy it and replace it before sending the limo to Hess and Eisenhart in Cincinnati to be rebuilt and armored up with a permanent hardtop added to it?
I have other questions, but these should start the discussion. What do the files say about these issues?

Trump tried to release JFK assassination records once before and the CIA and FBI leaned heavily upon him and only released a seriously redacted version.
Hypothetical question, what did they say to Trump that got him to back down a little bit?
Trump and RFK, Jr. met and had some good and deep discussions on the USA health situation. RFK, Jr. also talked to Trump about his belief that his father was assassinated. This, plus what Trump was told in his previous term about the JFK assassination, probably resonated with him.
After thinking about it, Trump asked RFK, Jr. to be part of his administration and sweetened it with the promise to release RFK assassination records.
Why you may ask? Because Trump feels that the FBI, DOC, State Dept, and CIA have become rogue federal agencies controlled by the Deep State and he wants to totally purge them and reorganize them.
Exposing these rogue agencies, will allow him to convince the public that they need to be purged and reorganized with much clearer oversight.
I think that this release is for a real political reason and a way to Make America Great Again.
They’ve had more than enough time to “sanitize” the actual files on all 3 murders, change details and legal conclusions, so that we’ll never know the “truth”; only what they want us to know and conclude.
Many of these files have already been released in redacted form.
They already exist—and to be blunt there is most likely nobody in federal agencies who knows enough about these old cases to even know what is important and what is not.
Just un-redacting previously redacting documents will be a big deal.
They’ve been “sanitized”, too.
These cases are about six decades old—you really think there are a bunch of Deep State “experts” who even know what to sanitize at this point?
I don’t think those experts even exist any more.
We are talking thousands and thousands of pages of documents here.
Just because they are evil does not mean they are brilliant.
