Good. This sends a message to wobbly Republican senators. They need to confirm all Trump’s nominees because this war ain’t over.
These former political prisoners need to bring a class action suit against this bass turd lawyer.
Cool, so now the Trump DOJ can prosecute this guy AND Soros for conspiring to deprive rights.
Who cares if the case is won or not.
The process is the punishment, yes?
I fail to see how Philly has jurisdiction.
How can they bring state and local charges against something that happened outside the state?
Pennsylvania went for Trump. If Krasner tries to do this, its going to be a huge issue for Republicans to use in state campaigns going forward.
This won’t end well for this ‘Soros DA’.

If Trump’s pardons can be prosecuted then Biden’s pardons can also be prosecuted. Humm. I think many J6 people would go for that.
Wouldn’t that be a shame?
this might have been posted already- but feds are still after jan 6 folks who have been released apparently
“Feds arrest freed Jan. 6 defendant on gun charges from nearly two years ago — one day after Capitol riot charges were dismissed”
Inform him he is under federal investigation for potential deprivation of rights.
He’ll catch on fast.
Krasner is the worst of the Soros DAs, and that’s saying something. He’s a friend of criminals and an enemy of the police. He also loves political prosecutions but can’t be bothered with small things like murder.
No not really as Soros was a former Nazi, a real Nazi... plus not too big on law and order..
It should be obvious that state charges can easily be brought against ALL the miscreants pardoned by Slo Joe.
And since the states bringing the charges would all be RED states (blue states are lawless and will not prosecute a dem) they will face ACTUAL justice.
I have long held that a refusal by a blue state to extradite persons to a red state to face justice will lead inexorably to a break up of the republic... this may be the start...
Battle of the billionaires.
I fail to see how Philly has jurisdiction.
_______________
They don’t have jurisdiction, but a Soros hack just won’t stop until the hack is charged by Bondi with violating the civil rights of his victim.
