In a notable shift from previous years, numerous Democratic members of Congress are opting out of attending President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration. However, the term "boycott" is conspicuously absent from their explanations this time. This adjustment in rhetoric follows Mr. Trump's significant electoral victory, which seems to have moderated the House Democratic Caucus's stance toward him despite lingering anti-Trump sentiments.

They won’t be missed.
They don’t even honor MLK’s speech. Everything is all about skin color for them.
The Inauguration will be better off without them.
DILLIGAFF?
Do I Look Like I Give A Flying .......
Because they are screaming hysteric infantile twits who have no business being elected to anything
WHO REALLY CARES!
As with many things, this headline/article reminds me of El Rush-Bo. Rush often pointed out that as crazy as democRATs generally are, they are even more wacky when not in power.
As DEI dies in the light of truth, so wokesters will wither on the vine. Rush also often stated that there should be a small number of Leftists, to remind and teach young skulls full of mush.
President Trump has demonstrated to those with a spine that democRATs and DemoKKKrats can be defeated, if we will stand against them. Fight!
Their names will be duly noted.
Q:What is the difference between a petulant 6y.o. and a liberal? A: age.
Martin Luther King’s birthday was yesterday.
Anyone who care one bit for his memory honored his memory yesterday
These Democrats are just playing politics.
It is not Trump’s choice when to be inaugurated, it is written in the Constitution when he is required to take office.
If they have a problem with when Trump is taking office they have a problem with the Constitution and they should do the honorable thing and resign.
The only color they really care about is Marxist Red.
More oxygen for the rest of the attendees.
They going to deprive us of their illustrious presence at the inauguration. What can we do to thank them?
At all.
They need to grow up big time.
Which shows how shallow they are.
No matter what pathetic excuse they offer, it’s an anti-Trump maneuver. They are fooling NO ONE but themselves. And the air surrounding the inauguration day festivities is certain to be fresher without their polluting it with their presence.
That’s right!
Inauguration is Jan 20 since 1933. MLK day is third Monday in January since 1983.
These race baiters can come to their senses and have a discussion like adults over which takes precedence, or they can expect in vain for others to pretend that the inauguration observers are racist driven disrespectful
However, the adults on tge scene have determined that both can be observed with even that Jimmy carters mourning period can be absorbed on the same day-
But the only real takeaway here is that these lowlifes have not only not realized why Trump won, but they are in denial that he won at all
But he did. Over crap like this.
“Roosevelt, January 20, 1937. The American Presidency Project. Congress had originally established March 4 as Inauguration Day. The date was moved to January 20 with the passage of the Twentieth Amendment in 1933.“
“Martin Luther King Jr. Day was moved to the third Monday of January in 1983, when President Ronald Reagan signed the King Holiday Bill into law.”
