“Does the FD never do tests to check the hydrants for water and pressure levels? The fire chief should have had a regular schedule for every single hydrant to be checked for operability.”
Checking the hydrants individually would have shown normal flow and operation. This was an aggregate high-demand problem.
It was posted yesterday the hydrants were not tested due to budgetary constraints!
