This is common sense. Strings to aid must be attached.
I’m familiar with the kommiefornica water supply situation. Several decades ago I was a WTP Operator in Canyon Lake, TX and the System was bought by a kommiefornica system with the end goal being they send H2O to them from Texas.
San Antonio was a few years ahead of them there was not enough to help supply S/A much less kommiefornica.
Canyon Lake was on the brink of being sucked dry just Locally by the Invaders from screwyork even before kommiefornica hopped in. They all want to have a freaking FLOG Course in the Texas Hill Country and that’s why there’s no H2O to speak of in Canyon Lake.
