Arrogant female African American judge in action. Worth watching,16 mins.

Peterson's removal came after an investigation by the Georgia Judicial Qualifications Commission, which found her guilty of "systemic incompetence" and recommended her ousting. This was compounded by her recent arrest at a nightclub in Atlanta's Buckhead neighborhood, although the arrest itself was not cited as a reason for her removal from office.

“systemic incompetence”

You mean like Washington DC in general?

We all expect that DEI results in lower competence, by definition. Sometimes, it results in such a loewr competence level that the person must be removed.

Douglas County, Georgia Probate Judge.
(not a “Town’s First Black Female Judge”...)

But on TV shows, black female judges are always smart, competent, and tough as nails.

Whatever I thought law school and its graduates were, I was laughably mistaken.

DEI IS systemic racism, and it DOES result in incompetent people being placed in positions of power and authority beyond their abilities. So she’s right. Her incompetence is due to systemic racism.

There are plenty of smart black professional women, including lawyers. I know, I work with them.

Don’t judge all black women based on DEI grifters.

The smart ones don’t get attention because others blacks consider them “sellouts” or “uncle toms”. Mostly because they won’t bend the knee to liberal orthodoxy.

“Arrogant female African American ..”

Who imported them Africans to this land in
North America called the USA? I think it
started some time after Columbus sailed the
ocean blue in 1492.

It’s pretty obvious that colleges and universities have lowered their graduation requirements, and their professors have lowered their standards and expectations. A college education, especially in non-STEM degrees, is not, IMHO, anywhere near what it used to be.

America has 1.3 million lawyers. If only five percent are incompetent that still indicates a plethora of zeros.

You have a valid point, but I believe that’s more based on class than race.

From 2010 to 2022, approximately 25% of the black population moved solidly into the middle class (now over 35% of blacks).

Roughly 55% are still in the lower class.

The remaining almost 10% are upper class.

The more upward mobility, the more habits and mindsets change. For the first time in my memory, I’m seeing videos from black content creators talking about creating and preserving generational wealth. This was unheard of even 20 years ago except in tiny circles.

Give it another 20, and the “gangsta” mindset will be a fraction of what it is now.

The women I know, some of whom are dear friends, despise DEI. They got where they were on brains, doing well in college (medical, accounting, law, engineering, not intersectionality horsepuckey), and long hours grinding out quality work. They want to be known for their accomplishments, not the color of their skin.
