Marc Elias’s Law Firm Linked to Network of Dem Super PACs Behind Deceptive Text Message Operation

The law firm of Democratic fixer and election denier Marc Elias is linked to a network of super PACs whose deceptive text messages infuriated and baffled voters across the country, a Washington Free Beacon review has found.

Evidence for Impact, a dark money group that Elias’s law firm formed earlier this year, contributed $2 million in September to a super PAC called Voters of These 50 States of America. The super PAC, which was formed in August, is the lone funder of the super PACs AllVote, MaxVote, VoteWin, and Coconut Brat PAC, according to campaign finance records.

Those groups came under scrutiny before the election for sending messages with inaccurate polling place information and voter registration data, prompting warnings from some state election agencies about the deceptive messages. The Illinois Statewide Terrorism & Intelligence Center warned in October that AllVote was behind "confusing text messages," and a New Mexico election official said the texts were "something that the feds really need to look at and crack down on."

Coconut Brat PAC is a pro-Kamala Harris group that sent texts with an AI-generated photo of a woman with the caption, "Me and my friends only date guys that vote." One recipient of the text message said it was either a "scam text" or the "worst voter outreach tactic ever devised."

I read this and immediately thought of Douglass MacKey who was charged and convicted for a meme text. Elias has probably committed more campaign fraud over the past few years than any other person in our nation. He keeps getting a pass because it is (D)ifferent when he does it.

Any AllVote misconduct could not be legally blamed on Evidence for Impact, Elias, or his law firm from what I see.

When Madoff did this he went to jail.

Dems were raising money left and right by outright lying to donors.

They’re now enraged by Plouffe’s admission that Harris never led Trump in their internal campaign polling, despite public surveys showing her ahead. ‘Polls showed leads that we never had,’ Plouffe revealed.

‘They lied to us. It’s just a circus of lies,’ a donor erupted, complaining that Harris’ team regularly painted a much rosier picture when speaking to supporters who were signing big checks.

Harris blew through an unprecedented $1.5 billion in donor cash over the course of 15 weeks, losing control of the White House, Senate and failing to flip the House........telling donors they needed cash to do this.

Isn’t Coconut Brat kind of racist for something about Kamala Harris? One step up from Monkey Punk or Gorilla Girl.

Please stop with “Democratic”-

The political party descriptive or adjective is “Democrat”.

Don’t use the Left’s phony language or false narratives.

They certainly ain’t Democratic.
Call them Marxist because that is what they are.

That was likely the reason for the elaborate setup ~ plausible deniability. If I were to speculate, I would say that they were creating the foundation for lawsuits and challenges, based on some number of innocent voters who were mislead by these texts, did not vote, and were therefore disenfranchised. Unconstitutionally, of course.
